Ingredients
  • 4 fillets of sole
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 1 bunch of garlic sprouts
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml. cream
Preparation
  1. Saute the finely chopped garlic sprouts, sole and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes over a low heat, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and add a splash of cream to bind the sauce. Season with salt and serve.
