- 2 eggs
- 200g flour
- 500ml milk full fat
- Pinch of salt
- Sieve the flour, and then add the milk, eggs and a pinch of salt. Whizz up with an electric mixer until smooth. Then put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Heat up a nonstick frying pan and when hot add a little butter and some crepe mixture, when the mixture has set either flip on to the other side or use a spatula to turn it.
