- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 slices of goat's cheese
- 200 gr. raspberries
- 1 pastry cutter
- Cut out 4 circles of puff pastry and bake at 180ºC until they begin to brown. Place a slice of cheese on each one and return to the oven.
- Heat a frying pan and saute (without oil) the raspberries. After a minute, when they begin to release their juice, remove from heat. Plave on top of slightly melted goats cheese.
