Ingredients
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 leaf of mint
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 200 ml. orange or peach liqueur
Preparation
  1. Dissolve the sugar with a vanilla pod and liqueur in a saucepan over a low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Peel oranges, removing the white skin and soak in the liqueur.
  3. Serve with chopped mint
You can use orange juice instead of liqueur.
