Ingredients
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 onion
  • Almond drink
  • white miso
  • Fresh herbs (dill, basil,…)
Preparation
  1. Sautée leeks and onion with some water or olive oil.
  2. Cook for over 30  minutes.
  3. Blend vegetables adding some almond drink and white miso.
  4. Serve cool with fresh herbs on top.
