Oozing with flavor

  • 4 bread rolls
  • 4 large wedges of Camembert
  • 8 thin slices ripe tomato
  • Salt
  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and put two slices on each slice of bread. Season.
  2. Place a wedge of Camembert on top.
  3. Cover with the other half of bread and bake at 200 º C for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
