Make your own individual fondue with heaps of yummy fruit

  • 300g of 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 100ml cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 tray of strawberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tray physalis
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and add a knob of butter and cream. You can also flavor the chocolate with a pinch of nutmeg.
  2. Set aside and keep warm. Peel the oranges and remove pips, wash the strawberries, physalis, peel the kiwis and cut into slices or wedges. Finally, peel the bananas.
  3. Serve fruit on a tray with the chocolate so that diners can skewer the fruit and dip them in the warm chocolate.
You can add a splash of cognac or orange liqueur chocolate to give a different touch and very nice.
