- Egg yolks
- Sweet wine such as Pedro Jiménez
- Mix 2-3 egg yolks In a bowl with two tablespoons of sugar. Beat well until the yolks thicken, add a dash of sweet wine and mix.
- Chop the figs into quarters and cover with the Sabayon sauce. Serve.
You can also pop under the grill for 1 minute at 220 º.
