Ingredients
  • 2 duck breasts
  • 1 bunch of grapes         
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 1 glass of sweet wine
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar    
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pink peppercorns
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
  1. Season the duck breasts and lightly fry for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and reserve.
  2. Remove excess oil and fat from the frying pan and add the peeled grapes and a sprig of rosemary. Add a spoonful of sugar, the orange juice and the glass of sweet wine and allow to reduce.
  3. Slice the duck and serve with the grapes in their sauce.
Make some cuts in the fat on the duck breast so it cooks faster. The fat adds to the flavor, so keep it throughout the cooking.
