- 1 stick of bread
- 1 stick of salted butter (preferably in a circular shape)
- 1 chocolate bar
- Flake salt
- Cut the bread into slices. Top each with a medallion of frozen butter. Top the butter with a square of chocolate.
- Bake at 160 º for 5-6 minutes until bread begins to toast and chocolate starts to melt.
- Serve with a pinch of salt.
If you can’t get hold of a stick of butter in a circular shape, make your own by softening a stick of butter and then rolling it in cling film and freezing until stiff.Muscatel
