- 200g of cashews
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 60ml agave syrup
- 125 ml of water
- Cocoa beans and pieces (Cacao Nibs)
- 300 g of strawberry’s
- Mix all the ingredients (except the cocoa nibs and strawberries) in a blender.
- Place the cream in a bowl then put the chopped strawberries on top and sprinkle the cocoa nibs over the strawberries.
