- 1 / 2 mango
- 2 passion fruit
- 3 oranges
- 4 slices of dried mango *
* Available in health food stores or large supermarkets.
- Peel the mango, remove stone and chop into pieces.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pulp with a spoon.
- Squeeze the oranges for juice.
- Add the orange juice, the mango pulp and passion fruit to a blender. Blend well until there are no lumps.
- Serve immediately with slices of dried mango.
