A new way with tofu

Ingredients
  • 200 g of naturally tofu
  • 5 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce 
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (basil used here, a little rosemary,some parsley and thyme)
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • Half a cup of polenta
  • 2 lemons –  bio 

 

Preparation

 

Cut the tofu into small squares, not to thick. Put them in a container, with the tamari and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile finely chop the herbs, chop the pine nuts, finely grate the skin of the lemons (yellow part only, try not to grate the white part it is bitter).
Mix all your ingridientes with the polenta.
When your tofu has finished marinating cover it with the poleta mix.
Heat up some sunflower oil in a pan and cook the tofu. Cooking in batches. Turn them over to brown on both sides.
Serve with green salad leaves and a few slices of avocado.
