- 500ml of horchata (made from tiger nuts)
- 5 dates
- 1 teaspoon of ground anise
- Soak the tiger nuts in water for about 8 hours
- Once soaked, strain.
- Now minipim the tiger nuts and gradually add the water.
- Then with this mixture strain the milk through a cloth bag or a very fine fabric such as cotton, linen or nylon.
- Squeeze it, milking every last drop
- Now you have the horchata.
- Blend all the ingredients and serve
