Ingredients
  • 500ml of horchata (made from tiger nuts)
  • 5 dates
  • 1 teaspoon of ground anise 
Preparation
  1. Soak the tiger nuts in water for about 8 hours
  2. Once soaked, strain.
  3. Now minipim the tiger nuts and gradually add the water. 
  4. Then with this mixture strain the milk through a cloth bag or a very fine fabric such as cotton, linen or nylon.
  5. Squeeze it, milking every last drop
  6. Now you have the horchata.
  7. Blend all the ingredients and serve
