- 600 gr of strawberries
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar or Agave syrup
- 1 lime
- Mint leaves
- Wash the strawberries and cut them in half, sprinkle with the juice of half lime and mix.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it obtaining a fine and creamy consistency.
- Add more sugar, lime and coconut milk according taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- After a few hours, mix again in the blender and re-freeze. Serve with mint leaves.
