Ingredients
  • 600 gr of strawberries
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or Agave syrup
  • 1 lime
  • Mint leaves
Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half, sprinkle with the juice of half lime and mix.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it obtaining a fine and creamy consistency.
  3. Add more sugar, lime and coconut milk according taste.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  5. After a few hours, mix again in the blender and re-freeze. Serve with mint leaves.
