Ingredients
  • 3 packets of seitan
  • Farmhouse Bread
  • 1 vine tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 12 skewers

Chimichurri:

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 tablespoons oregano
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 strong white onion
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup wine vinegar
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • Dice the seitan.
Preparation
  1. Dice the seitan.
  2. Place three pieces of seitan on each skewer.
  3. To make the chimichurri, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Quickly fry skewers in a frying pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the bread and bake at 180 º C until crisp.
  6. Spread the toast with tomato, add salt, oil and pepper.
  7. Place skewers on a slice of bread and top with a little chimichurri.
Marinate the seitan in wine vinegar, soy sauce, paprika, sugar and garlic a day earlier, for a stronger flavor.
