Ingredients
  • 4 wholegrain pittas
  • Lettuce leaves or rocket.
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 seitan
  • Olive oil 
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Cut the seitan into strips and sauté with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. You can add a tablespoon of soy sauce (optional).
  2. Cut the carrots into strips, julienne the onion and lettuce, mix and season.
  3. Cut the pitas in half and fill with the ingredients. You can also accompany with a little hummus or yogurt sauce.
