- 4 wholegrain pittas
- Lettuce leaves or rocket.
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion.
- 1 seitan
- Olive oil
- Cut the seitan into strips and sauté with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. You can add a tablespoon of soy sauce (optional).
- Cut the carrots into strips, julienne the onion and lettuce, mix and season.
- Cut the pitas in half and fill with the ingredients. You can also accompany with a little hummus or yogurt sauce.
