Ingredients
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 tray of blackberries
  • 3 tray of raspberries
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 lemon
Preparation
  1. Sweat the raspberries with sugar in a saucepan over a low heat for 20 minutes. Strain off the juice and
    let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, blend the pineapple, strain off the juice and reserve.
  3. Mix the raspberry juice and pineapple juice in a glass, garnish with blackberries and serve.
  4. Dry pineapple in the oven till crispy, and use and as a garnish.
