- 1 pineapple
- 1 tray of blackberries
- 3 tray of raspberries
- 50g sugar

- Sweat the raspberries with sugar in a saucepan over a low heat for 20 minutes. Strain off the juice and

- Mix the raspberry juice and pineapple juice in a glass, garnish with blackberries and serve.
- Dry pineapple in the oven till crispy, and use and as a garnish.
