- 800 gr. fresh pineapple (weighed without skin)
- 2 cm fresh ginger root
- 10 leaves of fresh lemon verbena
- Slice the pineapple, peel the ginger root and cut it into pieces.
- Add the pineapple, ginger, lemon verbena and 1 cup of cold water to the blender.
- Blend well and serve immediately.
