- 1 mango
- 100g strawberries
- Lime peel
- Mint leaves
- Red berries
- Poppy seeds
- Peel the mango and remove the stone. Reserve.
- Slice strawberries and mango to the same size.
- Form alternating lasagna-style layers of mango and melon. Serve with thin strips of lime peel, berries, mint and poppy seeds.
Use an egg-slicer to slice the strawberries.
