Ingredients
  • 125g fruits of the forest frozen berries, or raspberries etc.  Defrosted
  • 50g dark cooking chocolate (70% cocoa)
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a glass dish (bain-marie), stirring until it has melted.
  2. Mix with the fruits of the forest.  Then remove from the heat and put in a container and place in the fridge until it has set.
  3. Serve with ice cream
You can always use fresh red fruits if they are in season
