- 125g fruits of the forest frozen berries, or raspberries etc. Defrosted
- 50g dark cooking chocolate (70% cocoa)
- Melt the chocolate in a glass dish (bain-marie), stirring until it has melted.
- Mix with the fruits of the forest. Then remove from the heat and put in a container and place in the fridge until it has set.
- Serve with ice cream
You can always use fresh red fruits if they are in season
