Ingredients
  • 1 block of mochi
  • Oil
  • Strawberries
  • 1 Banana

For aduki sauce:

  • 1 cup  aduki beans
  • vanilla
  • Brown rice syrup
Preparation
  1. To prepare aduki sauce, add the beans, vanilla and kombu seaweed in a pressure cooker and cover with water. Cook for 45 minutes.
  2. Drain the excess of liquid, take vanilla out and add brown rice syrup until you get a sweet taste.
  3. Blend well.
