- 400 ml. cranberry juice
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 gr. agar-agar powder
- 50 gr. assorted berries
- Bring half the cranberry juice, with sugar, to the boil. Then add the agar agar powder and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining juice. Mix and pour into cups. Allow to cool and then place in the refrigerator.
- Once the jelly has set, decorate with berries and a sprig of fresh mint.
