Ingredients
  • 400 ml. cranberry juice
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 gr. agar-agar powder
  • 50 gr. assorted berries
Preparation
  1. Bring half the cranberry juice, with sugar, to the boil. Then add the agar agar powder and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from heat and add the remaining juice. Mix and pour into cups. Allow to cool and then place in the refrigerator.
  3. Once the jelly has set, decorate with berries and a sprig of fresh mint.
  4. Serve.
