- 500ml of almond milk
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 20 ml agave syrup
- Soak the almonds in water for about 8 hours
- Once soaked, strain.
- Now minipim the almonds and gradually add the water.
- Then with this mixture strain the milk through a cloth bag or a very fine fabric such as cotton, linen or nylon.
- Squeeze it, milking every last drop
- Now you have the almond milk which is ready to use for other recipes.
- Blend all the ingredients and serve.
