Ingredients
  • 500ml of almond milk
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 20 ml agave syrup
Preparation
  1. Soak the almonds in water for about 8 hours
  2. Once soaked, strain.
  3. Now minipim the almonds and gradually add the water. 
  4. Then with this mixture strain the milk through a cloth bag or a very fine fabric such as cotton, linen or nylon.
  5. Squeeze it, milking every last drop
  6. Now you have the almond milk which is ready to use for other recipes.
  7. Blend all the ingredients and serve.
