Ingredients

For the hummus:

  • 300 grams of chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 / 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Olive oil and salt


For the sandwich:

  • 1 packet of watercress
  • 1 stick of wholegrain bread
Preparation
  1. To prepare the Humus, add all the ingredients to a blender and add 3 tablespoons of mineral water so it’s not too dry.
  2. Wash the watercress and lightly season with salt and oil.
  3. Spread the humus on a slice of bread and top with a handful of watercress and cover with another slice.
