- 350 g strawberries
- 1 small banana (optional)
- 1 tsp wheat germ
- 1 handful of alfalfa sprouts
- 200 grams of kefir or plain yogurt
- Agave syrup or honey (optional)
- Thoroughly wash strawberries, remove the stems and chop.
- Put in the blender, add the banana in pieces, the wheat germ, alfalfa and kefir or yogurt.
- You can also add the kefir just at the end, mixing it in less for a creamier texture.
