Meatball recipes with highly nutritious seafood

Ingredients
  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 slice bread
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 200g peas
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • half a glass of white wine
  • 250ml beef stock
  • Cuttlefish (small) 250g
  • 1 bunch parsley
Preparation

In a bowl mix the meat with the garlic, an egg, a pinch of chopped parsley and bread soaked in milk.
Knead the mixture well and form meatballs. Dust the meatballs in flour and fry in olive oil until golden.
Withdraw excess oil and add finely chopped onion, when it begins to brown incorporates peas, white wine and beef broth, let it cook along with the meatballs for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Serve the meatballs accompanied by marked cuttlefish grilled with a drizzle of olive oil.

Add bread soaked in milk to the meatballs so the meat is more tender.
