- 500g of nesperos peeled and piped
- 1 Mango peeled and sliced
- Half a lemon
- 200ml mango juice
- 250ml of fizzy water
- Blend the above (minus the water) in the blender until smooth, and then add to the cold fizzy water.A tantalizing tangy taste!
If nesperos are not in season replace with grapefruit.
