- 900 gr. green Claudia plums
- 50 gr. goji berries
- The juice of 1 lemon
- A teaspoon of kuzu (thickener)
- 200 ml. agave syrup
- Remove the stones from the plums and cut into quarters. Then simmer over a low heat with half a glass of water, agave syrup and lemon juice.
- When the plums start breaking up, add goji berries and the teaspoon of kuzu diluted in a little water. Stir until thickened and remove from heat.
