Ingredients
  • 900 gr. green Claudia plums
  • 50 gr. goji berries
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • A teaspoon of kuzu (thickener)
  • 200 ml. agave syrup
Preparation
  1. Remove the stones from the plums and cut into quarters. Then simmer over a low heat with half a glass of water, agave syrup and lemon juice.
  2. When the plums start breaking up, add goji berries and the teaspoon of kuzu diluted in a little water. Stir until thickened and remove from heat.
