Ingredients
  • 400 g of fresh apricots
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil flavored with vanilla
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 5 strands of saffron
Preparation
  1. Cut the apricots into quarters.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Add the saffron and apricots and simmer until tender.
  3. While the apricots are simmering, add the brown sugar.
  4. Arrange the apricots in the center of a serving dish, add hot syrup and decorate with saffron.
