- 400 g of fresh apricots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil flavored with vanilla
- 50 g brown sugar
- 5 strands of saffron
- Cut the apricots into quarters.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Add the saffron and apricots and simmer until tender.
- While the apricots are simmering, add the brown sugar.
- Arrange the apricots in the center of a serving dish, add hot syrup and decorate with saffron.
