Ingredients
  • Cooked white beans
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • garlic
  • Leek
  • Sepia
  • Clams
Preparation
  1. Make a saute with the onion, garlic, leek, and finely chopped peppers. When the vegetables are tender, add the cooked beans and stir. Add a teaspoon of flour and add broth to cover the beans. Boil for about 20 minutes.
  2. Quickly fry the sepia on each side in a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add the clams and cook till open. Serve

 

Cut diamond shapes into the sepia, on the outside. You can then fold it up for presentation
