- Make a saute with the onion, garlic, leek, and finely chopped peppers. When the vegetables are tender, add the cooked beans and stir. Add a teaspoon of flour and add broth to cover the beans. Boil for about 20 minutes.
- Quickly fry the sepia on each side in a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add the clams and cook till open. Serve
