- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- Wash the ingredients.
- Rinse watercress leaves and reserve. Save a few to decorate.
- Chop the apples and remove the core. Liquidize them together with the watercress.
- Squeeze the orange and add to the apple and watercress juice in a glass. Garnish with a watercress leaf.
