Ingredients
  • 1 l. soymilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of agar agar powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon rind
  • 1 orange rind
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 40 gr. corn flour
  • 170 gr. brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
  1. Disolve the agar and salt in soy milk and boil along with the rinds and cinnamon stick. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the corn flour and brown sugar and add to the boiling soy milk. Simmer for one minute. Serve in crema catalan serving bowls. Allow to cool for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Sprinkle sugar on top and scorch with a kitchen blowtorch.
