Base

  1. 1 ½ cup activated almonds
  2. 18 dates
  3. 1 teaspoon aniseed
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Filling

  1. 2 fresh apples
  2. 1 cup dried apple
  3. Juice of 1 / 2 lemon
  4. ½ vanilla bean
  5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
  1. For the base, crush the almonds with cinnamon and anise, and then add the dates one by one until the dough is pliable.
  2. Mold with hands into a square shape and lift up the edges. You can also use a cake or pie mold.
  3. For the filling, cut the apples into thin slices
  4. Marinate in lemon, vanilla and cinnamon for 15 minutes.
  5. Blend together with dried apples
