Ingredients
  • 1 boned turkey
  • 50 gr. raisins
  • 50 gr. prunes
  • 500 gr. of minced beef
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 glass of sherry
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 winter truffle
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
  1. Saute the onion until tender, then add ground beef, raisins and prunes. You can also add finely chopped truffle. Season and allow the stuffing mix to cook through.
  2. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place in a baking tray with the sprig of rosemary, the potatoes cut into medallions and glass of sherry.
  3. Roast the turkey in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180ºC. Carve the turkey and serve with potatoes and the roasting juices.
Stick sliced truffle between the layers of skin and meat to flavor the bird.Red reserva.
