Ingredients
  • 4 slices bread
  • 8 canned white asparagus
  • 250 gr. tuna in oil
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. Peel and grate the eggs.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut them to cubes previously removing the seeds and water.
  3. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips.
  4. Mix in a bowl the eggs, tomatoes, lettuce, flaked tuna and asparagus cut into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise. Season to taste.
  5. Cut each slice of bread in half, leaving two triangles. Make your sandwich filling with your mixture.
You can always use mayo light for less calories
