- 4 slices bread
- 8 canned white asparagus
- 250 gr. tuna in oil
- 2 boiled eggs
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Peel and grate the eggs.
- Wash tomatoes and cut them to cubes previously removing the seeds and water.
- Wash the lettuce and cut into strips.
- Mix in a bowl the eggs, tomatoes, lettuce, flaked tuna and asparagus cut into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise. Season to taste.
- Cut each slice of bread in half, leaving two triangles. Make your sandwich filling with your mixture.
