Ingredients
  • Fresh cod or sea bass, salmon

Marinade:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 mirin
Preparation
  1. Clean the fish and chop into small fillets.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place fish in marinade for 30 min.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and place on a baking sheet and bake until done (5 to 10 min)
  5. Mix the rest of the marinade with the sauce and por over the fish fillets.
  6. Serve on plates with steamed vegetables cooked in 2 tbsp of sake and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
