Ingredients
  • 200 gr. beef fillet
  • 1 bunch tender Swiss chard
  • 1 bunch garlic sprouts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 50 gr. nuts
  • Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
  1. Saute strips of sliced beef with nuts and a drizzle of sesame oil in a wok or frying pan.
  2. Once the beef begins to brown, add the julienned vegetables and another dash of sesame oil.
  3. When the vegetables are softened, add the chard and stir fry, mixing well. Add the rice wine and soy sauce, mix again and serve immediately.
You can use spinach, Chinese cabbage, pak choi or lettuce leaves instead of Swiss chard. You can also make little parcels with rice leaves and then fry or steam them. Red wine.
