Ingredients
  • 4 pears firm
  • 1 lemon
  • white sugar
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 280ºc.
  2. Slice the pears finely if you have a mandolin use it to cut them really fine.
  3. Cover pear slices with lemon juice, then sprinkle with sugar both sides
  4. Place on a baking tray with ovenproof paper or silicon baking matt.
  5. Bake for 10mins then turn over and bake for another 10mins.
  6. Leave to cool.
You can use brown sugar
