- 4 pears firm
- 1 lemon
- white sugar
- Preheat oven to 280ºc.
- Slice the pears finely if you have a mandolin use it to cut them really fine.
- Cover pear slices with lemon juice, then sprinkle with sugar both sides
- Place on a baking tray with ovenproof paper or silicon baking matt.
- Bake for 10mins then turn over and bake for another 10mins.
- Leave to cool.
