Ingredients
  • 250ml Marinara sauce
  • 3 garlic shoots
  • 12 prawns
  • 200g mussel flesh
  • Olive oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 cayenne pepper
Preparation

PREPARATION:

  1. In a clay pot, fry the chopped garlic shoots with the pepper and a drizzleof olive oil. Once the garlic shoots are tender, add chopped shrimp and mussels, let them cook for a couple of minutes and add the marinara sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add the knob of butter, mix well and set aside.

RECIPE:

  1. When frying the garlic, add the fish fillet, and fry for 2 minutes on each side, then proceed as indicated in the recipe and serve with seafood sauce.

If you do not have …
Cayenne pepper…used white pepper
Garlic shoots…use normal garlic
Red prawns…use other shrimp
Rock mussels…use farmed mussels
