Ingredients
  • Rose petals
  • 500ml water
  • 50g sugar
  • 5 g of apple tea
  • 5 g of agar agar
  • Chestnut in syrup 300g
  • 200 ml of water
  • 4g of agar agar
Preparation
  1. Blend the chestnuts with water into a puree. Add the agar agar and and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and leave to set in a flat dish or tray.
  2. Cut into mountain shapes.
  3. Boil water with sugar and agar agar. Infuse the tea. Once warm, but still liquid, pour it onto the same tray as the chestnut jelly.
  4. Assembly: When it sets, make rectangles. Cut a circle of rose petals and put it behind the mountains just like the sun.
