- 300 gr. of noodles
- 1 bunch garlic sprouts
- 250 gr. shrimp
- 16 surimi crab sticks
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 scallions
- 150 gr. of baby eels
- 2 tablespoons of sesame
- In a saucepan with plenty of boiling water, cook the noodles for about 12-14 minutes until tender.
- While the noodles are cooking, saute the julienned onion and garlic (cut into thin medallions). Once the vegetables are soft, add peeled shrimp and julienned crab sticks. Stir fry and add a couple of tablespoons sesame.
- Add noodles to the stir fry, mix well, season and serve.
Cook the noodles in fish stock instead of water for a more intense flavor.
