Ingredients
  • ½ pineapple
  • 600 gr. mango
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon

To decorate:

  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or mint
Preparation
  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon and coat the pineapple rings on both sides
  3. Heat a heavy nonstick frying pan or flat-top grill and heat the pineapple and mango for about five minutes on each side until they caramelize.
  4. Garnish the fruit with orange zest and chopped herbs.
