- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp goji berries
- 400 gr. ricotta
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup, honey or apple juice concentrate
- Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons water and goji berries. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
- Divide the ricotta up into four serving bowls, sprinkle with your chosen sweetener and cover with banana and goji compote .
