  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp goji berries
  • 400 gr. ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup, honey or apple juice concentrate
  1. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons water and goji berries. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
  2. Divide the ricotta up into four serving bowls, sprinkle with your chosen sweetener and cover with banana and goji compote .
  3. Serve
