A hearty meal for winter days

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 500g pork ribs
  • Half a kg of potatoes
  • 200g peas
  • Half a liter of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • A splash of olive oil
  • 1 bunch thyme
  1. In a frying pan, saute the sliced onion, leek and carrots. Add the chopped ​​rib and mix well until the ribs begin to brown, then add potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks, along with thyme and peas.
  2. Mix well and add the beef broth, and cook over a medium heat for half an hour. Add more broth if you see that it’s drying out.
  3. Serve a spoonful of potatoes with ribs and a spoonful of sauce with peas and vegetables.
Prepare a saute with finely chopped garlic, add a teaspoon of paprika and add this into the stew before you’re about to serve.
