- 300g raw almonds.
- 135g of dates
- Soak the almonds for 48 hours.
- Drain and peel the almonds.
- Place the almonds on a dehydrator tray on a sheet of Teflex and dehydrate until dry.
- Put the almonds In a food processor and grind up until you have a fine powder but not as fine as flour.
- Remove the stones from the dates.
- Mix the almonds and dates and blend into a dough
- Roll up into polvoron-shaped balls.
- If you want to store them for some time, dehydrate them completely.
