Ingredients
  • 300g raw almonds.
  • 135g of dates
Preparation
  1. Soak the almonds for 48 hours.
  2. Drain and peel the almonds.
  3. Place the almonds on a dehydrator tray on a sheet of Teflex and dehydrate until dry.
  4. Put the almonds In a food processor and grind up until you have a fine powder but not as    fine as flour.
  5. Remove the stones from the dates.
  6. Mix the almonds and dates and blend into a dough
  7. Roll up into polvoron-shaped balls.
  8. If you want to store them for some time, dehydrate them completely.
