- 400 gr. pears
- 600 gr. mango
- 80 ml. agave syrup
- 40 ml. lemon juice
- 3 cloves
- 4 fresh strawberries
- Dried strawberries
- Peel the pears and cut into thin slices with a mandolin, rather than with a sharp knife. Place in a flat container and sprinkle with lemon juice, agave syrup and cloves. Allow to marinate for at least half an hour.
- Peel the mango and cut into thin slices.
- Place a bottomless mold on a serving dish, and fill with layers of curled up mango and pear.
- Remove the mold and add fresh strawberries cut into strips along with the chopped, dried strawberries.
