A totaly new RAW way of enjoying mango and pear

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. pears
  • 600 gr. mango
  • 80 ml. agave syrup
  • 40 ml. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • Dried strawberries
  • Cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Peel the pears and cut into thin slices with a mandolin, rather than with a sharp knife. Place in a flat container and sprinkle with lemon juice, agave syrup and cloves. Allow to marinate for at least half an hour.
  2. Peel the mango and cut into thin slices.

Assembling:

  1. Place a bottomless mold on a serving dish, and fill with layers of curled up mango and pear.
  2. Remove the mold and add fresh strawberries cut into strips along with the chopped, dried strawberries.
