- 50 gr. butter
- 100 gr. of caster sugar
- 50 ml. orange juice
- 30 gr. sieved flour
- Orange zest
- Chocolate chips
Melt the butter over a bain marie, fold in the flour, orange juice and zest and sugar. Use a blender for a smoother, more even mix. Allow to cool 1 hour in the refrigerator until it sets.
With the help of a spoon, spread the mixture out over a silicone baking sheet. Bake at 190ºC for 3-4 minutes until the biscuits turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips. Allow to cool. Serve with any dessert or with coffee.
