Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus tips
  • 1 pack of kamut noodles
  • 2 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cdas olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mirin (sweet sake) optional
  • 20 grams sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
Preparation
  1. Steam or grill the asparagus tips. Put on one side.
  2. For the sauce: In a small bowl mix the oil, rice vinager, sweet sake, and miso. Mix until you have a good consistency.
  3. Cook the noodles then drain and mix with the sauce and the aspargus. Serve warm
