Ingredients
  • 400gr horse meat  fillets
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 200g Emmenthal cheese
  • 100g mixed lettuce
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 potato
  • 2 Figueras onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
  1. In a bowl mix the minced meat with minced garlic, sliced ​​bread soaked in milk, and a  whole egg. Mix well and form 8 mini burgers. Fry the mini burgers in a skillet or griddle with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Meanwhile in another pan, sauté julienned onion and  let it caramelize.  Serve the caramelized onion on a plate or on hamburger buns or even on a small slice of bread, top with the burger and a thin slice of cheese. Fry the quail eggs serve over the cheese. We can also serve with sauteed tomato petals, mixed lettuce leaves and a crunchy potato chips.
